Open Position:  Destination Leadership Consultant

Purpose: To work with our C-Suite level clients on strategy, narrative, community outreach, presentations and industry speaking events.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teaching fast-track learning to  other senior executives who have previously faced the same challenges.

• Be a confidential resource where you can share problems and test ideas before engaging their management team.

• Be the someone who has been there and done it themselves.and provide the opportunity for the partner to step back from the day-to-day and develop their own long term vision.

• Be the business leadership advisor that can open their senior network with increased potential opportunities and expertise.

• Create content, board/stakeholder presentations and keynote speeches that assist leaders with industry narrative. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Comprehensive understanding of tourism and destination industry. 

• 7+ years professional experience at CEO or Director level in the tourism industry.

• Managing an operational budget in excess of $5,000,000 annually.

• Private sector experience in a for-profit organization.

• Think creatively and analytically to solve ambiguous problems at a high level with clarity and simplicity. 

Working Conditions:

This is a fully remote, contract position reporting to the General Partner.
