Leslie has traveled the globe her entire life and has built a career of supporting international organizations. Because of this life experience, both personal and professional, she is known for driving progressive initiatives and building high-performing teams and value-added strategies for both rapidly growing startups and established large international corporations. Her passion for building robust business relationships, coaching leaders, and developing organizational alignment is valuable in evolving the path forward for any organization’s success.
Prior to joining the Kingfisher team, Leslie was the Chief People Officer for Zartico, Inc., based out of Salt Lake City. During the four-year+ tenure there, she was able to build the infrastructure and team from the ground up. She has an extensive understanding of global business operations and is skilled in fostering a diverse, inclusive environment that is essential to fuel growth.
Leading up to Zartico, Leslie was the Vice President of Global People Operations for ADARA, Inc. in Palo Alto, California, where she was hands-on in the design and implementation of strategic and tactical programs to build infrastructure and scale the company’s rapid growth. She was also instrumental in rebuilding and transforming the North American sales division, as well as building the company’s EMEA presence, to become highly driven and exceptional teams.
Before entering the travel and destination marketing sector over ten years ago, Leslie enjoyed success as an international partner utilizing her extensive knowledge in global mobility programs within two large semiconductor organizations. During that time Leslie worked throughout Europe as well as Silicon Valley.
When she is not working, she is traveling, most recently spending a month living in Siena, Italy. While working on her Italian Dual Citizenship, she has been studying both Italian and French and has been learning about genealogy research and writing her family’s history. Through this, she continues crafting her story-telling abilities.
In this new adventure, Leslie will work with the Kingfisher team in an advisory and support capacity to focus on clients’ priorities and creating solutions, offering direction for Kingfisher’s vision and focus, and supporting scalable revenue growth as well as building the team.
Her ability to deliver high-quality services, communicate effectively, and solve problems enables her to go above and beyond what clients (both internal and external) expect from Kingfisher. Leslie is constantly staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry. She lives by the motto that the first step to meeting your clients' needs is to know who they are, what they want, and how they prefer to work with you. Then you can exceed expectations to delight them and make them loyal.
