Open Position:  Strategic Interpreter and Advisor

Purpose: As an advisor you will be involved in all aspects of account management and partner engagement. You will review their data sets and  insights to help simplify their meaning and benefits. You will educate our partners by a strong point of view by advising what course of action they should take next.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize data and insights to help partners use insights and turn them into outcomes. 

• Create and present insights and intelligence reports to the clients, as well as to clients’ stakeholders, such as their board, industry and key industry partners. 

• You will be a subject matter expert in marketing, insights and communications. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Comprehensive understanding of data analytics and insights for marketing and management. 

• Proficient with standard office productivity tools including GSuite, project management software, etc. Experience and Mindset Needed: 

• 5+ years professional experience focused on analytics and destination management. 

Preferred Knowledge & Competencies:

• Passion for asking strategic questions to find the path to understanding. 

• Ability to use data-led insights to create a compelling storyline. 

• Quick learner - we face new challenges every day. Be nimble and pivot quickly. 

• Think creatively and analytically to solve ambiguous problems with clarity and simplicity. 

• Willingness to be hands-on in the execution of support needs for the client.

Working Conditions:

This is a fully remote, contract position reporting to the General Partner.
