A global adventurer, Ted believes travel makes us kinder, smarter and overall better human beings. With over 29 years in the destination marketing industry, he's covered a lot of ground and has extensive knowledge and experience in international marketing, data, analytics, branding and media.

Prior to co-founding kingfisher, Ted was the Chief Marketing Officer of Zartico. There he led the company's brand development, marketing strategy, creative narrative, industry events and thought leadership of the organization. Before Zartico, Ted led the global product development, marketing and sales of ADARA’s analytics products for destinations, airlines and hotels. Prior to ADARA Ted was the VP of Business Strategy for MMGY Global.

He is a popular International speaker and contributor to industry publications and conferences. He educates the destination industry to embrace their inner geek, love of travel experiences and the utilization of data to make better, more impactful decisions. Ted just moved from London to Cape Cod with his wife Emily, their daughter Coley works in Chicago, and they welcomed their second daughter Izola to the world six years ago.

Whether he's 'working' or not you can find him in a quaint pub in Ireland, Orleans, Madrid, Slovenia or anywhere really... making friends with the locals and adding a bit of color to his stories for the benefit of those who are listening.

Storytelling is the way to talk to our audience, not at them. It makes you the most powerful person in the room. I will work with you on creating the best narrative for your organization possible. Together we will identify the right audience, the proper channels to engage them and what insightful stories you need to tell them to help achieve their goals.

Whether it's a stage, board room, stakeholder meeting, or any type of communication channel, I'll be helping you craft the narrative in a way that inspires and informs your audience. Let's grow your company and personal brand to its full potential.  If you're going to have a story, have a big story or nothing at all.
